Vancouver, BC. — Saturday afternoon November 7, the B.C. Provincial Government announced the introduction of new public health measures that will take effect within the Lower Mainland. By order of the PHO, all individuals, places of work and businesses within the Vancouver Coastal Health and Fraser Health regions must significantly reduce social interactions and travel.
The order is in effect from November 7, 2020 at 10:00 pm to November 23, 2020 at 12:00 pm.
As part of these public measures, gameplay and scrimmages will not be permitted at indoor sports recreation facilities within the Lower Mainland.
As such, the Fall ’20 ASHL Season & Canlan Youth Scrimmages at our Burnaby, North Vancouver, and Langley locations are currently on hold, with any games as of November 7th and beyond being postponed for a minimum of the next 16 days or November 23, 2020 at 12:00 pm.
Ice Rentals and Youth and Adult Programming will still be permitted as long as each user group practices safe physical distancing and follow all Canlan Safety protocols as published.
NO SPECTATORS will be permitted at Canlan.
